WVU Children’s Hospital offers a full range of nephrology care for infants, children, and adolescents with kidney disease. Our pediatric nephrologist works closely with experts in other pediatric specialties, including urology, surgery, psychology, nutrition, and social work to provide multidisciplinary care for pediatric patients of all ages.

We provide expert pediatric nephrology care for children with kidney disease and conditions such as:
- congenital malformations of the kidney and bladder
- genetic kidney diseases
- glomerulonephritis, acute and chronic

- kidney (renal) failure (acute or chronic)

Use the Physician Office Center entrance. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, turn left, look for the overhead sign Medicinie Suite 1 Medical Specialties.
Driving Directions
From Interstate 79:
Take Exit 155, Star City. At the traffic light at the bottom of the hill, turn right (South) on to US 19. Cross the Star City Bridge and go straight through the next light. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Patteson Drive (WV 705).
At the third light, turn right into the WVU Health Sciences Center. Overhead signs will direct you to the West Virginia University Hospital, the Emergency Department), the Eye Center, the Physician Office Center, or Chestnut Ridge Center and to the parking lot booth attendant.
From Interstate 68:
Take Exit 7, Pierpont Road. Turn West onto WV 857. At second traffic light, turn left (South) on US 119. You will drive up a steep hill; the Morgantown airport will be on your left. At the second light turn right onto WV 705. At the third light on 705, turn left onto Don Nehlen Drive. Turn right at the next light and follow the signs for patient parking.
